My past training includes many manual techniques (diversified, matrix re-patterning, cranial-sacral therapy, tuina, cupping, acupuncture, auricular acupuncture) as well as training to assist specific populations (pediatrics, fertility, pregnancy care, sports injuries, chronic illness, etc.)
Amber Vance is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and a graduate of Western University. She holds an honors degree in psychology and physiology. When she’s not working, she is an avid runner, fitness enthusiast and reader. Mostly, she loves spending time with her family.

She coaches on nutrition, lifestyle modification, supplements, mindfulness and is committed to patient education and empowerment. She can help with weight loss, insulin resistance, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune disorders, inflammation and arthritis.
